People behind Steel
People Behind Steel is more than our motto, it is how we understand our business. Steel is shaped by furnaces, mills and ships, but it is moved by people: by the traders who read markets before they turn, the engineers who keep our plants running, and the teams who deliver on a promise made to a customer on the other side of the world.
Today Trasteel Group counts more than 1,400 employees across Europe, Asia and the Americas, over 150 of them in our trading organization and more than 1,300 in our industrial operations. Together they combine the speed and market intelligence of a trading house with the discipline and technical depth of an industrial group. What follows are the people who lead them.

The Next Generation
Behind every trade and every ton produced there is a team, and that team is getting younger. A significant share of our more than 1,400 colleagues joined the Group at the start of their careers, and today they run trading desks, lead plant shifts, manage digital projects and open new markets. We recruit for curiosity and we promote from within: our Next Generation is being trained not to inherit the business as it is, but to build the one that comes next.
People Behind Steel is, in the end, a commitment, to the people who work with us, to the customers who rely on them, and to the communities where our plants and offices operate.
